Some monasteries are also famous for their liqueurs.  A few have their own liqueur distillery.

• Tre Fontane - Liqueur produced at Tre Fontane Abbey.
• Cardeña - Valdevegón herbal liqueurs, from the Monastery of St. Peter of Cardeña.
